Drexel University Libraries is seeking a team leader for the daily operations of its Resource Sharing program. The Specialist manages and coordinates workflows, quality control, training, and staff. The program is responsible for providing convenient access to owned, licensed, and shared information resources through print and electronic document delivery and digitization-on-demand, in support of reserves, interlibrary loan, and resource sharing. The Specialist also oversees shipping and receiving for the Libraries’ operations and the integrity and order of its collections of print books, journals, and other physical resources.
