The Waidner-Spahr Library at Dickinson College is seeking a service-oriented and detail-focused Resource Sharing and Circulation Services Specialist to join our Access Services team. This position supports interlibrary loan borrowing and lending through ILLiad and consortium platforms, coordinating shipping logistics, supervising student workers, and supporting service desk operations including basic technology and research help.
Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment. A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
