Thomas Jefferson University invites you to apply for the position of Full-time Access Services Assistant at the Paul J. Gutman Library on the beautiful East Falls campus in Philadelphia. Reporting to the Access Services Librarian, the successful candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations in the library’s circulation unit, including the opening of the building. Coordinates and processes interlibrary loan requests. Responsible for managing reserves and the maintenance of the library’s book collection. Provides assistance to library users in these areas and general patron assistance as needed. Ability to work an evening and weekend schedule if needed.
