Lehigh University is looking for a Lending Services Assistant who will be responsible for fulfilling interlibrary loan requests using ILL systems and shipping and receiving ILL materials using various delivery systems. The Assistant provides excellent customer service at the Help Desk including answering some technology questions and assisting researches on the use of library resources and services. This position also manages patron account issues including overdues and fines using FOLIO and other library systems.
